The rants contained here are the work of me, Will Smith. I'm the Editor-in-Chief of Maximum PC magazine, where I keep up with the current happenings in 3D acceleration tech, games, operating systems, and networking gear.

Firebird—New Version, New Icon, New Name
I almost forgot. For you Mozilla-philes, there’s a new version of Firebird available. It’s now known as Firefox, but it offers the same kick-ass web browsing experience that we all know and love. If you haven’t tried Tabbed browsing, you should do yourself a favor and download it.
Aside from the name, the new version finally has an installer that will import your bookmarks and settings from your old browser, and includes much better support for vital plug-ins, like Flash.
Get it here.
