The rants contained here are the work of me, Will Smith. I'm the Editor-in-Chief of Maximum PC magazine, where I keep up with the current happenings in 3D acceleration tech, games, operating systems, and networking gear.
I hear a lot of jokes about my name. None of them are funny.
My fiancee Gina plans events for World Travel Meetings and Incentives. We live in a loft in San Francisco, and can occasionally be found flying kites at various spots around the city. If you're on Xbox Live, look me up. My gamertag is Willski.

Ha! New York Times Snookered?
This is waaaaaaay offtopic, but it’s really funny. Earlier today Google released an (obviously fake) release stating that they were going to launch a webmail service dubbed G-mail. Features included a 1GB file limit, and other general kookiness.
What makes an otherwise somewhat lame April Fools Gag funny is that the New York Times’s John Markoff bit and ran a story about the fake release. I’ll be interested to see how the NYT handles the story tomorrow after Google announces that G-Mail should be added to the great April Fool’s Days pranks of the past.
